7 HABITS THAT MAKE YOU AGED FASTER

1. STRESS:

4. Exercise



If you spend most of your day in sitting position then this habit is not good for your health. Kidney disease is common among people who spend most of their day in that position. Try to make a daily exercise habit. Exercising will not only make you look younger but also prevent you from many diseases. Flexibility and agility reduce the effects of aging.

5. Eye protection



It is very important to protect and take care of face skin but more than that you should take care of your eyes. Eye creams or drops can be used for this. The skin around the eyes is very thin compared to the face. This is where the effects of aging first begin and become noticeable in the form of wrinkles. Keep your skin moisturized around the eyes. This will make you look younger. Before going to bed at night, massage the skin around the eyes with eye cream and leave it till wake up.

6. Excessive use of makeup



Excessive use of make-up also causes destruction of the face and this process shows the effects of aging very quickly. Applying too much make-up, especially using make-up products that have oil , can make all the pores on your face enlarged and destroyed. Such products contain various types of chemicals also, which destroy the natural oil of the skin and the skin starts to remain dry. Then wrinkles start appearing on dry skin after a short period of time. There are some makeup methods that make your look older than your age. Use products that are oil-free. Prefer herbal products for skin protection and cleansing. Make a routine of washing your face well before going to bed at night.

7. Wrong Sleeping Position/Posture



One of the reasons for looking older can be sleeping in the wrong position. If you sleep with your face on the pillow, i.e. with your crotch on one side or on your belly, it is dangerous for your skin. Sleeping with your face on a pillow causes wrinkles to appear and they start to grow faster. With this process, the tissues of the face begin to weaken and then the tissues lose their elasticity.
